The station is a stainless steel rod 63.48 m (208.3 ft) north of bench mark 949 1094 X3, 34.75 m (114.0 ft) north of the centerline of the conveyor, and 33 m (108 ft) west of the lowest point of the drainage ditch leading to the tundra pond.
The bench mark is set 0.15 m (0.5 ft) below grade, being the top of rounded off stainless steel rod with a punch mark, driven 15.8 m (52.0 ft) to refusal, and encased in a 0.18 m (0.6 ft) diameter aluminum NGS Geodetic Control Mark logo cover. |
